The Harrisville Farmhouse was owned by the Perron family, who, in 1971, enlisted the help of renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, who are played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga in The Conjuring franchise.

The Warren’s declared that the spirit they came in contact with at the house was the most malicious they had ever encountered, with Bagans suggesting this ghost made him physically ill.

‘This house made me sick, and I did not recover from this investigation for about three weeks,’ Bagans said.

‘It took everything out of me. My body wasn’t functioning right. My balance. This place is haunted by something I believe is very ancient,’ Bagans added.

The cameras Bagans and his team used for the special were the first to be allowed inside the home in 15 years, with Bagans adding you got a real sense of history in the chilling property.

‘As an investigator, this is the ultimate place to go because of the history,’ he told viewers.

‘Being able to get inside of the house and back inside of this case, reopen these files, learn some things that people don’t know about this investigation, was just an absolute thrill,’ he added.

Bagans and his team investigated the house for several days, where they saw, ‘some incredible things.’

‘When we were using infrared binoculars, we captured this black mass blocking the light and the window of the house,’ Bagans added.

Cory Henzein, a paranormal investigator, and his wife Jennifer made headlines in June when they purchased the home and told the Sun Journal just months later that the house was still haunted.

The couple had revealed when they bought the house they had hoped to eventually open it up for tours, but Bagans issued quite the stern warning for them.

‘I fear for the family that lives there if it progresses,’ Bagans said.
